MDDCCUA Board of Directors
The MDDCCUA bylaws specify that the Association
is governed by a Board of Directors to provide oversight to all
Association policies and procedures. Members are elected by
affiliate credit unions of the MDDCCUA to one of 13 volunteer
positions for three -year terms.
The Board of Directors meets on a
quarterly basis, although members are in frequent contact with MDDCCUA
management and staff regarding operational and policy decisions.
