Summary of Responsibilities: To assist members in performing various
business transactions to include processing share and sharedraft
deposits and withdrawals, loan payments, money orders, traveler's
checks and various other transactions. Provide members with account
information and responds to member inquiries.
• Minimum Requirements: One year of teller experience or cash
handling experience which would have included balancing
responsibilities. One year of general office experience. Knowledge
of various equipment, including calculator, computer terminal and
word processing systems. Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written
communication skills. Prior sales experience is preferred.
• Physical Requirements: The ability to sit and/or stand for

Training Manager-Allentown Road
Summary of Responsibilities: Responsible for the development and
implementation of various training programs and manuals as needed
within the credit union. Conducts needs analysis to identify the

Liaison and
Promotions Specialist
Primary responsibility is to manage the development and
implementation of various marketing projects, promotional and
advertising campaigns, programs and workshops for own projects and
on behalf of the marketing staff and internal clients. Performs as
MECU’s primary project contact between MECU and the marketing,
promotional and printing vendors. Responsibilities include the
development, production and traffic management (from concept to
completion) of marketing communication vehicles including: print
advertising, direct mail, email marketing, member workshops, website
graphics and content, sales collateral and branch
merchandising/promotions.
Performs as MECU’s in-house advertising agency when an external
agency is not necessary for a particular project.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Bachelors Degree (or equivalent work experience) in Marketing,
Public Relations, Mass Communications or related field. 2 Years
experience in a marketing environment.
Must have high level of proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite,
Microsoft Publisher and PowerPoint.
Must have hands on experience managing marketing and promotional
projects from concept to implementation. Must have hands on
experience with print development and production.
Copy writing skills are a plus.

Purchasing Clerk
Compiles information and records to prepare purchase orders for
procurement of office supplies for all departments and branches.

and branches.
Maintain an accurate count of inventory (ex. Money Envelopes,

Reconcile purchase orders with the shipment, making sure that they
match; notify vendors when shipment or invoices are not received;
verify that the invoices agree with the purchase orders.
Works closely with the Accounting Department to ensure that all
supply invoices are accurate and paid on time.
Ensure optimal service by managing and maintaining vendor
relationships.
Coordinate with the Marketing Department on ordering and storage of
MECU promotional products (Money envelopes, mail stuffers,
brochures, etc.)
Oversee maintenance of various office equipment.
