Under the supervision of the Vice President of Electronic Services, assists in the support and in the effective and efficient use of MECU eServices, system resources and capabilities such as, but not limited to, ORCC Bill Payment, Silver Cloud and other electronic services as introduced. Performs various other administrative and operational activities as needed including management of Administrative tools for online services.

Qualifications
Bachelors degree with minimum 3 years of relevant experience; without a degree minimum of 5 – 10 years experience in a financial institution or relevant work experience.
Proven oral and written communication skills and the capacity to analyze, define problems and design solutions in an Internet environment and with various web site applications, and to assist other users with such operation.
Ability to become proficient with front end and back end operations of web site financial applications such as Home Banking, Bill Payment, Email and Electronic Loan Applications.
Working knowledge of Users, web development and back office processing helpful. Some travel required.

Internal Auditor II
Assist in performing and documenting audit projects to determine whether organizational areas perform their planning, accounting, custodial or control activities in compliance with Credit Union policies as well as with industry standards; State, Federal and NCUA regulations. May be assigned to independently conduct audits and/or to serve as in charge auditor of limited audit assignments. Assist with preparation of recommendations for corrective actions.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) in Accounting from college or university and minimum three (3) years of internal auditing experience. Must be proficient in MS Word and Excel. Flow charting software experience preferred.
Demonstrated familiarity with laws and regulations governing Credit Unions.
Demonstrated knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
Demonstrated analytical skills with above average mathematical ability.
Demonstrated ability to acquire knowledge of standard procedures and methods in different organizational and functional activities.

• Summary of Responsibilities:

Monitors reviews and verifies the General Ledger to ensure accuracy of account balances. Performs various other duties, including analysis and reporting functions. Provide support to management and other departments.
 

• Minimum Requirements:

Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience. Two years experience as an accountant, with emphasis on account reconciliation and financial reporting, or equivalent. Data Processor/Computer Operator 

Montgomery County Employees Federal Credit Union seeks an experienced candidate for the Data Processor  position. Candidate will be responsible for the routine daily operation of the Credit Union systems.  

Responsible for providing technical and functional support for Client/Server side of the core processing system and network administration. This includes installing, configuring and maintaining all related hardware and software systems at both office locations. Vice President of Accounting

The Vice President of Accounting will report directly to the Executive Vice President of Finance and Support Services and will be responsible for planning, directing, organizing and control the financial activities of the organization. The Human Resources Manager will report directly to the CEO with communications maintained with the Executive Vice Presidents on the credit union’s strategic plan as it reflects to human resource activities and trends. This position will administer and monitor human resource programs and ensures compliance with credit union policies as well as external State and Federal rules and regulations. This position will develop, implement, and manage the human resource function for the credit union with primary emphasis in areas of policy development, wage and salary administration, performance appraisal programs, employee relations, employee benefits, recruitment and retention strategies, organizational development, personnel record compliance, reports and statistics, counseling, new staff orientation, and employee training and development programs.

Educational/Qualifications for this position are as follows:

•     Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources and/or PHR/SPHR Certification preferred

•     Requires well-rounded knowledge of HR policies, practices and employment laws

•     3 – 5 years of related experience
