Under the supervision of

Performs various other administrative and operational activities as
needed including management of Administrative tools for online
services.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree with minimum 3 years of relevant experience;
without a degree minimum of 5 – 10 years experience in a financial
institution or relevant work experience.
Proven oral and written communication skills and the capacity to
analyze, define problems and design solutions in an Internet
environment and with various web site applications, and to assist

Assist in performing and documenting audit projects to determine
whether organizational areas perform their planning, accounting,
custodial or control activities in compliance with Credit Union
policies as well as with industry standards; State, Federal and NCUA
regulations. May be assigned to independently conduct audits and/or
to serve as in charge auditor of limited audit assignments. Assist
with preparation of recommendations for corrective actions.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) in Accounting from college or university
and minimum three (3) years of internal auditing experience. Must be
proficient in MS Word and Excel. Flow charting software experience
preferred.
Demonstrated familiarity with laws and regulations governing Credit
Unions.

administer and monitor human resource programs and ensures
compliance with credit union policies as well as external State and
Federal rules and regulations. This position will develop,
implement, and manage the human resource function for the credit
union with primary emphasis in areas of policy development, wage and
salary administration, performance appraisal programs, employee
relations, employee benefits, recruitment and retention strategies,
organizational development, personnel record compliance, reports and
statistics, counseling, new staff orientation, and employee training
and development programs.
Educational/Qualifications for this position
