Driving Directions

Traveling west on I-70 from Baltimore:
Take I-70 west to Route 29 south towards Columbia. From Route 29, exit at Route 32 East towards Fort Meade. Travel approximately ½ mile to Broken Land Parkway south (Exit 14B). Broken Land Parkway dead ends at Guilford Road (traffic light). Turn left onto Guilford Road. Immediately, take the first left into The Rivers Business Commons to Building 8975, Suite 190.

Traveling east on I-70 from Frederick/Cumberland:
Take I-70 east to Route 32 east/south toward Clarksville to Broken Land Parkway south (Exit 14B). Broken Land Parkway dead ends at Guilford Road (traffic light). Turn left onto Guilford Road. Immediately, take the first left into The Rivers Business Commons to Building 8975, Suite 190.

Traveling north on I-95 from Wash. DC or south on I-95 from Baltimore:
Take I-95 south or north to the exit for Route 32 West. Take 32 for just a few miles to the exit for Broken Land Parkway. Go left, or south, off the exit ramp at the light onto Broken Land Parkway, which will take you across the bridge over Route 32. Broken Land Parkway dead ends at Guilford Road (traffic light). Turn left onto Guilford Road. Immediately, take the first left into The Rivers Business Commons to Building 8975, Suite 190.

Traveling north on I-97 from Annapolis and the Eastern Shore:
Take I-97 north to Route 32 West. Take 32 for just a few miles to the exit for Broken Land Parkway. Go left, or south, off the exit ramp at the light onto Broken Land Parkway, which will take you across the bridge over Route 32. Broken Land Parkway dead ends at Guilford Road (traffic light). Turn left onto Guilford Road. Immediately, take the first left into The Rivers Business Commons to Building 8975, Suite 190.
